Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. We currently ship within the US only.

Please note: we can't control carrier delays, but we'll do our best to keep you informed if any issues arise.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because every piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we don't offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

That said, if something arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Contact us at ophidiangrove@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we're no longer responsible for its whereabouts. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or requesting a signature on delivery if you have concerns.
